At NEMS, we love working on parts for custom motorcycles and cars.

For instance, this bike, named the “Sandra Lee”, was featured in the “Motorcycles as Art” exhibit at the Buffalo Chip in Sturgis, South Dakota.

The exhibit, called “Old Iron – Young Blood”, selected Jake Cutler of Barnstorm Cycles because of his reputation in the custom motorcycles world.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to Jake and his uncle, Leif Bottcher, for calling upon us to work on this special tribute project.   

Being such a work of art, and a meaningful story, American Iron Magazine did a feature.

NEMS did a lot of work on this beauty.  We polished the aluminum tanks and battery shroud.  We also provided an orbital finish to prepare for the black oxide.

Using our meticulous buffing process, we brought this stainless steel motorcycle bracket up to a beautiful mirror finish.   This is one of several vanity plate designs manufactured by R & R Machine Industries, Inc. in North Smithfield, RI.  R & R Machine, similarly to New England Metal Services, is a family owned business with a reputation for reliability and quality work! I especially love that these plates are designed for and by women.

Certainly, our polishers make stainless steel, brass, aluminum and titanium look this mirror good every time.

We Polish Aluminum Sand Castings as a Specialty.

Precision, high quality finish is our focus. Using our customized tools and processes, we can polish this semi-conductor bottom vacuum chamber and many others like it faster than anyone without sacrificing the ever-important quality that our customers count on.  This particular casting weighs about 300 lbs.

Making Stainless Steel Look Amazing!

These are dog tags are stainless steel.  NEMS polished these for Silver Paw Tags located in Maine.  These tags come in a variety of designs and sizes.  We think its a fantastic alternative to smaller flimsy tags that need to be replaced often due to wear.
