At NEMS, we love working on parts for custom motorcycles and cars.
For instance, this bike, named the “Sandra Lee”, was featured in the “Motorcycles as Art” exhibit at the Buffalo Chip in Sturgis, South Dakota.
The exhibit, called “Old Iron – Young Blood”, selected Jake Cutler of Barnstorm Cycles because of his reputation in the custom motorcycles world.
We extend a heartfelt thank you to Jake and his uncle, Leif Bottcher, for calling upon us to work on this special tribute project.
Being such a work of art, and a meaningful story, American Iron Magazine did a feature.

NEMS did a lot of work on this beauty. We polished the aluminum tanks and battery shroud. We also provided an orbital finish to prepare for the black oxide.
As you will see from the American Iron story, the folks at Barnstorm Cycles understand and appreciate the small details that make a huge difference. Just another reason we love working with them!
NEMS services a wide variety of industries with our metal polishing, buffing and precision bead blasting services.
